Hitting rock bottom is an integral part of the human experience.

You don’t get to choose.

Everyone goes through it sooner or later.

What you get to choose is whether to transform that experience into an asset or a liability.

We’ve all been there—those moments in life where it feels like the world has turned upside down, leaving us lost and broken.

In my 20s I used to be a numb cog in the machine.

Zero ambition and no joy whatsoever.

I had a decent life, a master’s degree, a girlfriend, a good job, you name it.

But nothing really satisfied me.

It wasn’t until my 30s that I found meaning, purpose and changed the trajectory of my life.

Before the breakthrough, I had already convinced myself that it was too late for me.

I was stuck in a negative loop of useless comparisons, amplified by the constantly buzzing social media echo-chamber - and on the verge of becoming a full-time alcoholic.

Prisoner of my own mind.

Then suddenly, when the time was ripe, everything started to align.

When Spirit manifests in your life… it’s a full-sensory experience, not something words can explain.

But everything started falling into place synchronistically.

Even more: in an instant I knew for a fact that also my entire life up until that point had been perfect, and I simply had no eyes to see its profound meaning.

All those low moments were not just random occurrences or unfortunate events.

They were catalysts, opportunities in disguise, inviting me to rise, to grow, and to redefine my life.

And eventually the struggles that at the time seemed meaningless became the fertile ground that allowed me to build a 5 figures service-based business in my first year of online activity.

Looking back, everything began unfolding with the simple decision to get started (and refuse to ever quit).

Taking Action Is The Ultimate Form Of Healing

Don’t get stuck in the endless self-perpetuating cycle of introspection and healing.

Healing - however important and essential - is not the final goal of an “awakened” human being.

Service is.

Let’s clarify right away, I’m not saying that healing is not important (and the work I do with my clients in the Modern Alchemy program is proof of this).

But in the end, you heal yourself not only to feel better, but to serve humanity and God more effectively.

“Easier said than done… I have a lot of traumas, I’m not ready to serve others”.

News flash: we all have traumas.

But if you manage to alchemize that wound into a behaviour that is conducive to your goals, to a better life, to a better world… then trauma is not that bad anymore, is it?

As they say: “the bigger the monster, the more epic the hero”.

Without hardships, you would never get the chance to find out who you truly are - nor what you’re truly made of.

We have a tendency to become attached to our traumas and carry them around like a ankle weight - when it’s just a matter of allowing them to make us harder and more driven towards us goals.

Your can frame your hardships as your whole reality, or just as the origin story of you as an impactful human being.

You get to choose.

Anyway - like it or not - there’s a point in every healing journey where introspection is no longer enough.

When you reach such stage, dwelling in the realm of thoughts, emotions, and internal work won’t get you any further.

The real shift happens when you take action and start channeling your inner work into outer work that impacts the world.

By stepping into the role of a creator and leader, you elevate your consciousness.

You shift from being someone who has experienced challenges to someone who transmute those challenges into meaningful contributions.

And aligned service is also an eminently healing practice in itself.

So your healing practice and your acts of service end up being two sides of the same coin, which reinforce each other in a potentially endless ascending spiral.

Business can and must be a vessel for deep spiritual inner work.

But you only get it clearly once you get started.

The Power Of Personal Branding

In today’s world, your story can be your most valuable asset and mean of service to the world.

But you gotta use it.

Cause 'service' remains an empty word until you find a way to put it into practice.
